Welcome to the Novisey website. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

 

1. Company Information

Novisey Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales.
Registered Office: MediaCityUK, Salford, Greater Manchester, UK.

 

2. Definitions

  • "Client" refers to any individual or entity using Novisey’s services.

  • "Services" refer to video translation, dubbing, channel management, and any associated services provided by Novisey.

  • "Site" refers to www.novisey.com and any associated web pages or subdomains.

 

3. Services Provided

Novisey provides AI-powered video translation and localization, with human quality control, optional channel management, and analytics reporting via the Novisey Studio platform.

Novisey operates on a revenue-share basis with no upfront onboarding fees. Exact revenue split will be governed by a signed agreement between Novisey and the client.

 

4. Use of the Website

You agree to use the website in accordance with all applicable laws and not to:

  • Engage in unauthorized access, data scraping, or reverse engineering

  • Upload or transmit viruses, spam, or harmful code

  • Use the site to infringe on the rights of others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our sole discretion.

 

5. Revenue & Payment Terms

  • Novisey collects 100% of revenue generated from localized channels and platforms.

  • A percentage of net revenue will be paid to the client, as agreed in their contract.

  • Payments are made monthly, within 15 working days of Novisey receiving platform payouts (e.g. from YouTube).

  • All figures are calculated based on net revenue after platform deductions and currency conversions.

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • The client retains full ownership of their original content.

  • Novisey retains ownership of any localized versions, assets, dashboards, or tools it develops, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Clients grant Novisey a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, translate, and monetize their content for the purpose of localization and revenue sharing.

 

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice.

  • Upon termination, Novisey retains the right to continue collecting its agreed revenue share for 12 months from the termination date for any localized content it produced.

 

8. Disclaimers & Liability

  • Novisey provides services on an “as-is” basis and does not guarantee increases in viewership, revenue, or reach.

  • We are not responsible for third-party platform changes (e.g. YouTube policy shifts, demonetization).

  • Novisey is not liable for losses due to misuse, platform takedowns, or external technical errors.

 

9. Confidentiality

All client information, earnings data, strategies, and analytics are treated as confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose such information unless required by law or as outlined in a separate NDA.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.

 

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the site and services indicates acceptance of the latest version.
